In recent years, with the development of drilling technology, the drilling solid control system has become one of the very important equipment in the petroleum exploration and development industry. This article will introduce a practical case of using the 70ZJ drilling solids control system.
This set of ZJ70 drilling rig solid control system consists of 6 mud tanks, 1# vibrating screen tank, 2# sand and mud removal tank, 3# centrifuge tank, 4# weight tank, 5# mud pump suction tank and 6#. The mud storage tank has a total volume of 300m³, which can meet the functions of purification, storage, weighting, shearing and circulation of 7,000 meters of drilling mud.
The drilling objective in this case was to find oil deposits in a wilderness area. In order to drill smoothly, the project chose to use the 70ZJ drilling solid control system. The main function of this system is to monitor wellhead parameters such as pressure, volume, and strength in real time, provide timely feedback to drilling engineers, and automatically adjust corresponding control strategies according to different geological conditions. In this way, the risk of leakage control and other adverse phenomena can be reduced as much as possible during the drilling process, and the smooth progress of construction can be ensured.
By using the solid control system of the ZJ70 drilling rig, the project successfully completed the deep drilling operation, avoided leakage control and other adverse phenomena, and achieved very good results. This proves the reliability and flexibility of the 70 drilling solids control system, and also provides strong technical support for more complex drilling construction in the future.
