HL Petroleum Customized Mud Mixing System Exported To Saudi Arabia

Recently, HL Petroleum completed the export of the mud mixing system HNG18-45 to Saudi Arabia. The HNG18-45 mud mixing system is specially customized by HL Petroleum for our important Saudi offshore drilling customers for the well cementing application. The system mainly consists of a set of 18m³ mud tank, a horizontal centrifugal pump and a jet mixing hopper. The processing capacity can reach 120m³/h.It can disperse the cementing materials evenly and quickly into the wellbore, ensure the smooth progress of the cementing site.

 

Our design team fully took into account the particularity of offshore drilling. The system adopts an explosion-proof circuit design with an explosion-proof grade of BT4 and a protection grade of IP56, which meets the requirements of offshore drilling. Meanwhile, the tank adopts an arc + corrugated structure, which can effectively avoid the accumulation of sediment at the bottom of the tank. National standard container corner pieces are installed on the top of the mud tank to facilitate hoisting and transportation. In addition, a manhole is designed on the surface of the mud tank to make it easy to facilitate observation and maintenance by operators.
 
With this mixing system, material addition, mud transportation and mixing is easily achieved. The design solution has been well received by our client.
