The HDZS6216 is mainly composed of a base assembly, screen box assembly, screen box angle adjustment assembly, anti-splash assembly, mud box assembly, and electrical control system.
The screen box is supported by four rubber springs mounted on the left and right beams of the screen box angle adjustment assembly. This configuration forms a stable spring-mass vibration system, providing reliable vibration performance during operation.
The elliptical vibration motion helps improve the conveyance and screening of drilled cuttings while maintaining effective separation performance. The adjustable screen box angle also allows operators to optimize the shaker according to different drilling fluid and formation conditions.
Suitable for Harsh Oilfield Environments
Considering the demanding conditions of oilfield operations, this HDZS6216 shale shaker is configured with an ExdⅡBT4 explosion-proof rating and IP55 electrical protection rating.
The equipment is designed for an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and relative humidity of up to 95%, making it suitable for demanding outdoor drilling environments.
The explosion-proof electrical configuration provides an additional level of safety for drilling sites where flammable gases may be present.
