Mobile toilets completed and shipped

Hello everyone! Today I’d like to show you a set of mobile toilets custom-made for our overseas clients. Designed in line with the living habits of foreign customers, these toilets feature sturdy construction, rational layout, comfort and cleanliness.

The main structure is made of special container steel plate with a thickness of 2.0 mm. The main door is a protective steel door equipped with a door closer. There are two glass windows on the side, an explosion-proof exhaust fan installed on the upper right part of the unit, and a set of steel folding windows on the left. The interior walls are fully lined with 12 mm decorative panels.

Upon entering, there is a washing area fitted with a steel washbasin and a wall-mounted mirror. Under the cabinet, a storage shelf is provided for hand sanitizer, towels, soap and other toiletries. On the right side is the toilet area: three sensor-type urinals are placed by the window and separated by partitions to ensure privacy. On the left side, there are five independent toilet cubicles using domestic first-class brand toilets, with high-quality partition panels. The floor is paved with special PVC flooring for trains, which is antistatic, waterproof and easy to clean. Three explosion-proof LED lights are installed on the ceiling, and an explosion-proof emergency light is mounted above the entrance to fully meet lighting and safety requirements.

The entire electrical system adopts an explosion-proof design with an explosion-proof grade of BT4 and protection grade of IP55. The electrical circuits are laid in steel pipes, and the water pipelines are hidden with PVC pipes. The layout is convenient, rational, elegant and durable.
