HGM3218 rig mat is completed and shipped

A few days ago, our factory received a batch of rig mats, 60 pieces, with an overall size of 3000*2000*180mm and a squirrel gray color. Today, the quality inspection passed and the shipment was arranged.

The rig mat is a plate-type equipment composed of a steel structure frame and wood. It is also a portable structural support platform. It is often used for foundation support of large equipment such as oil drilling rigs, so it is also called a drilling rig mat (rig mat).

The rig mat replaces the traditional concrete foundation, greatly reducing the cost of drilling, improving economic benefits, saving land, and improving the level of on-site management.

The steel-wood foundation is a new type of foundation that has gradually emerged and developed with the update and evolution of my country's drilling equipment. The use of steel-wood foundation, first, can only retain a small amount of land for production and development purposes after drilling and gas testing, and reclaim the excess well site area, so as to implement land protection measures to the greatest extent. Second, the steel-wood foundation is pre-fabricated and only needs to be installed on site. Therefore, it largely avoids the pollution of the environment caused by other factors such as machinery, materials, and personnel when manufacturing fixed foundations.
