HL Petroleum Will Deliver 10 Sets of HCQ300 Vacuum Degassers On 30th,June

HL Petroleum is producing drilling fluid vacuum degasser in full swing. 10 sets of HCQ300 series vacuum degassers with a processing capacity of 300m³/h will be delivered to an oil field in Xinjiang, China on 30th,June.
Degasser are important equipment for restoring the specific gravity of drilling fluid and an important part of the drilling mud treatment system. They are conducive to stabilizing the performance and the recycling of drilling mud, meaningful to control drilling costs.
There are 3 main types of degassers produced by HL Petroleum, Vacuum Degasser, jet degasser and centrifugal degasser. The vacuum degasser is mainly composed of the these parts: vacuum pump, main motor, auxiliary motor, belt, vacuum tank, gas-water separation tank. The degassing efficiency is up to 95%. The HCQ300 series vacuum degassers to be delivered are used for mud specific gravity ≤2.5g/cm³, vacuum degree is -0.030~0.055MPa, main motor power is 30KW, and transmission ratio is 1.68.
