The vacuum degasser shipped this time is efficient, stable, and widely applicable, and can adapt to different types of drilling fluid treatment needs. Vacuum degassers play a key role in modern drilling operations. By effectively removing gas from drilling fluid, it can not only restore the specific gravity of drilling mud and stabilize its viscosity performance, but also significantly reduce drilling costs. Structural features of vacuum degasser
1. The vacuum pump is used to suck the mud into the vacuum tank, and the gas is used to be sucked out of the vacuum tank. The vacuum pump plays two different roles here.
2. During the working process, the water ring vacuum pump is always in an isothermal state, suitable for the suction of flammable and explosive gases, and has reliable safety performance.
3. The mud is ejected to the four walls at high speed through the window of the rotor, and the bubbles in the mud are completely broken, and the degassing effect is good.
4. The main motor is offset, and the center of gravity of the whole machine is lowered.
5. The belt drive is adopted to avoid the complexity of the reduction mechanism.
6. The application of the steam-water separator will not cause water and gas to be discharged at the same time, so that the exhaust pipe is always unobstructed. In addition, water can be circulated to the vacuum pump to save water.
7. The suction pipe is inserted into the mud tank. When there is no gas immersion in the mud, it can be used as a high-power agitator.
