Drilling fluid degasser is a new type of solid control equipment developed according to the requirements of modern drilling for treating intrusive gas in drilling fluid. This degasser is a new type of large-capacity degasser designed by our company based on the advantages and disadvantages of external degassers. It is suitable for the matching of mud purification system. The vacuum degasser separates the gas (CH4, H2S, etc.) in the gas-invaded drilling fluid through compulsory measures, which can stabilize the specific gravity and viscosity of the drilling fluid, stabilize the drilling fluid performance, and prevent blowout and well kick accidents; reduce cavitation and the service life of the sand pump; the suction pipe mud tank can be used as a high-power agitator when there is no gas immersion in the mud.
Drilling fluid degasser classification
1. Vacuum degasser: Its working principle is to use a vacuum pump to suck in the drilling fluid, separate the gas after film flocculation, and then pump it away by the vacuum pump. This type of degasser has a good effect, but it is large and bulky.
2. Normal pressure degasser: The main components are composed of a centrifugal pump and a jet tank. The gas-invaded drilling fluid is sent to the injection tank by a centrifugal pump, forming a high-speed thin layer in the tank and thrown to the inner wall of the tank to cause the gas to break, separate and discharge. Small volume, good effect.
3. Centrifugal degasser: It consists of a motor, a vacuum pump, a reduction gearbox, etc. It uses the separation principle of the drilling fluid centrifuge to separate the gas, which is a relatively new equipment.
