Drilling fluid vacuum degasser structure description
The drilling fluid vacuum degasser is a new type of special equipment for treating gas-invaded drilling fluid, also called a negative pressure degasser. It can quickly remove various gases that invade the drilling fluid, and plays an important role in restoring the specific gravity of the mud and stabilizing the mud performance. At the same time, it can be used as a high-power mud agitator, suitable for various mud circulation purification systems. This equipment belongs to a negative pressure degasser, with a scientific and reasonable design structure, which can achieve effective separation of gas and liquid, filter out impurities, and ensure that the air pipe is always unobstructed.
The drilling fluid vacuum degasser separates the gas (CH4, H2S, etc.) in the gas-invaded drilling fluid through compulsory measures, which can stabilize the specific gravity and viscosity of the drilling fluid, stabilize the drilling fluid performance, and prevent blowout and well kick accidents; reduce cavitation and the service life of the sand pump; in the suction pipe mud tank, when there is no gas immersion in the mud, it can be used as a high-power agitator.
Structural features of drilling fluid vacuum degasser
1. The drilling fluid vacuum degasser uses the suction of the vacuum pump to make the mud enter the vacuum tank, and uses it to make the gas be sucked out of the vacuum tank. The vacuum pump plays two different roles here.
2. During the working process, the vacuum pump is always in an isothermal state, which is suitable for the suction of flammable and explosive gases, and has reliable safety performance.
3. The mud is ejected to the four walls at high speed through the window of the rotor, and the bubbles in the mud are completely broken, and the degassing effect is good.
4. The main motor is offset, and the center of gravity of the whole machine is lowered.
5. The belt drive is adopted to avoid the complexity of the reduction mechanism.
6. The suction pipe is inserted into the mud tank. When there is no gas immersion in the mud, it can be used as a high-power agitator.
