as we all know, Mud Agitator is a major supporting eauipment the drilling fluid solids control system. The HJB Worm Mud Agitator is a type of mud agitator.
HL Petroleum produced HJB series Mud Agitator with turbine and worm agitator iT mainly consists of turbine worm reducer,explosion proof motor,elastic shaft pin coupling,shield,base,shaft and im[eller.the horizontal structure is easy to install and the height is greatly reduced.it can be transported together with the mud tank without disassembly and very suitable for frequent moving.
this kind of agitator is widely used in major oil fields because of its simple structure large torque, stable performance, and convenient maintenance. the propelling blade design forms strong up down convection in the mud tank. it plays a very inport role in accelerating the reaction dissolution and wetting of drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite) and chemical additives.
