1. The cross-sectional area of the suction pipe must be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the pump flow path.
2. A throttling valve is not allowed in the suction line, but a normally open valve can be installed to reduce liquid flow turbulence. This valve can only be closed when the pump is disassembled for maintenance.
3. To avoid bubbles in the suction line, there should be a gradual transition between the suction source and the spray pump from high to low. If the user needs the pump to be used with a suction lift, please use a vacuum pump or a bottom valve to divert water.
4. The piping at the pump inlet must be straight and at least twice the diameter of the suction piping.
5. When the hose is temporarily used as the suction line, it must be ensured that the hose is not compressed. This is because the pressure in the suction pipe is generally lower than the atmospheric pressure. flow.
6. In order to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the spray pump, a normally open valve should be installed in the outlet pipeline.
7. All piping (including the inlet piping) must have its own support, and the sprinkler pump must never be allowed to bear the weight of the piping.
8. When the working conditions of the spray pump are unknown or unstable, a throttle valve must be installed in the outlet pipeline to ensure that the pump operates at the design point.
