How to install 32SB180J spray pump?
1. Pump installation
The installation position of the pump should be as close as possible to the pumping source to shorten the length of the suction section and reduce suction loss. The pump installation foundation should be level, solid and reliable to avoid vibration.
2. 32SB180J spray pump coupling installation
Long service life of pumps and motors depends on good alignment of elastic couplings. The error requirements of the pump shaft and the motor shaft during installation are: parallelism offset ≤ 0.25mm, axis angle error ≤ 0.12mm. If the inspection result is out of tolerance, adjust the installation gasket of the pump and motor to adjust the axis, and use a straight gauge to check to meet the requirements.
3. Installation of the pulley
The axes of the two pulleys must be parallel, and the error of the end faces must not exceed 2mm; the belt must be aligned and properly tightened; the motor must be installed smoothly and firmly.
4. Piping installation
A. The cross-sectional area of the suction pipe must be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the pump flow channel.
B. It is not allowed to install a throttle valve in the suction line, but a normally open valve can be installed to reduce the disturbance of liquid flow. This valve can only be closed when the pump is disassembled for maintenance.
C. In order to avoid bubbles in the suction line, there should be a gradual transition between the pumping source and the pump from high to low. If the user needs the pump to be used with a suction lift, please use a vacuum pump or a bottom valve to divert water.
D. The piping at the pump inlet must be straight and at least twice the diameter of the suction piping.
E. When the hose is temporarily used as the suction line, it must be ensured that the hose is not compressed. This is because the pressure in the suction section is generally lower than the atmospheric pressure.
F. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the pump, a normally open valve should be installed in the outlet pipeline.
G. All piping (including inlet piping) must have its own support and the pump must never be allowed to bear the weight of the piping.
H. When the working conditions are unknown or unstable, a throttle valve must be installed in the outlet pipeline to ensure that the 32SB180J spray pump operates at the design point.
