Drilling fluid degasser is an indispensable and important solid control equipment in the process of oil drilling. Its main function is to effectively separate the oil-associated gas in the mud returned from the wellhead and the gas intruded into the mud. The throughput and separation efficiency of the degasser are the main indicators to evaluate the performance of the equipment. HSCQ jet vacuum degasser is favored for its large processing capacity, high separation efficiency and wide application range.
HSCQ jet vacuum degasser utilizes the suction of the vacuum pump to form a negative pressure area in the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the slurry pipeline in the vacuum tank through the suction pipe. Then, the slurry line sprays the slurry onto the multi-layer, stepped separation umbrella to fully spread the slurry. In the vacuum state, the gas immersed in the mud will escape and be discharged out of the vacuum tank by the suction of the vacuum pump, while the mud flows to the bottom of the tank. The negative pressure forced slurry discharge method is adopted at the discharge port to discharge the slurry smoothly.
The structure design of HSCQ jet vacuum degasser is reasonable and compact, which makes it perform well. Setting the separation umbrella in the vacuum tank helps to improve the separation efficiency and ensure the effective separation of gas and mud. At the same time, a new type of ejector is adopted to realize negative pressure active slurry discharge, which significantly improves the processing capacity of the whole machine and enables it to complete the mud processing task more efficiently.
