Mud linear Shale Shaker: As a solid control equipment for drilling fluid treatment, its function is to clean up cuttings and other harmful solid particles in the drilling fluid. Cyclone Separator (Desander, Desilter): Desander is a secondary purification equipment for drilling fluid. Desander is mainly used to clean sand larger than 44~74 microns. The desilter is mainly used to purify the drilling fluid. The desilter mainly acts on the muddy solid phase particles above 15~44 microns. The micro cyclone can also be selected according to the actual situation of the drilling fluid, which is mainly used to separate the muddy solid phase particles above 2~4 microns.
Drilling fluid centrifuge: The function is to control the clay particles in the well fluid, control the solid phase of the drilling fluid, remove the solid phase content of the non-weighted drilling fluid, and recover the barite in the weighted drilling fluid. The drilling fluid centrifuge mainly acts on the solid phase particles of 2~4 microns.
Vacuum degasser: The vacuum degasser is mainly to clean up the gas that invades the drilling fluid, which does not belong to the scope of solids control. However, since gas invasion has great harm to the specific gravity, viscosity performance and density of drilling fluid, degassing devices are usually used.
Oil drilling solids control equipment and solids control system are equipment and systems for processing and recycling the drilling fluid (mud) returned from the wellhead to the ground. The solids control system can separate large drill cuttings, barite and other large solid particles from the wellhead back to the surface (mud), and the treated drilling fluid (mud) can be reused.
