Precautions for the use of mud agitators:
1. Check whether the selection of the mud agitator is correct, and whether the actual use conditions are consistent with the specified use conditions.
2. There are two types of protection for the cables of the agitator motor in the mud chamber: hard steel pipes and metal hoses to ensure the sealing of the pipe connections.
3. Use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the three-core wire of the motor's main cable to the ground shall not be less than 5 megohms, disable the megohmmeter to check the control cable, avoid damaging the electrical components inside the submersible mixer, and use a multimeter to check control cable.
4. If the power supply is far away from the mud agitator, consider the line loss, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be enlarged, the joints should be as few as possible, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage.
5. The power cable, grounding cable and control cable on the mud agitator should be connected to the terminal of the control cabinet (box) one by one.
6. The ground wire of the mud agitator is a two-color wire (yellow/green). To ensure safety, it must be connected firmly and 50mm longer than other wires.
7. 4 agitator control cables, 3 thin and 1 thick, use a multimeter to measure continuity, 2 of the 3 thin ones are signal wires for temperature measurement, and 1 unconnected and two-color wires are leaked signal wires.
8. Before the final installation of the mud agitator, facing the direction of the impeller, the impeller rotates counterclockwise. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, the position of any two of the three-phase wires on the control cabinet or terminal box can be exchanged to change the direction of rotation. If several mud mixers are connected to a control cabinet or terminal box, each mud mixer must be inspected separately.
9. After closing, the agitator cannot be started immediately, and the mud mixer should be self-checked through the control system. If a fault is found (flashing alarm or alarm on the electric control cabinet), the fault should be checked and eliminated before it can be started. , If the motor does not rotate, the brake should be opened quickly and decisively, and the fault should be checked and eliminated to avoid damage to the motor.
10. After the agitator is started, pay attention to observe the motor and line voltmeter and ammeter. If there is any abnormality, stop it immediately to find out the cause, and then re-close and start after troubleshooting.
11. Several mud agitators cannot be started at the same time, they should be started one by one and stopped one by one.
12. The mud agitator is forbidden to run for a long time with empty tanks.
