What are the installation steps of the horizontal ignition device?

1). According to the connection form of the discharge pipeline, connect the combustion cylinder and the discharge pipeline with the corresponding connector, and fix the combustion cylinder firmly with the 4-M20 anchor screw.

2). Connect the ignition elbow to the welding nut under the ignition head, and tighten it so as not to loosen it.

3). Clamp the fire head in the proper position of the φ159 tube of the combustion cylinder, and fix it with 159 clamps and bolts.

4). Connect one end of the stainless steel magnetic rod through the hole of the pilot tube support plate to the ignition elbow:

(1) Because the cable is long and soft, a lead wire about 3 meters long must be used as a guide to facilitate penetration into the protective tube.

(2) The connection joint between the stainless steel magnetic rod and the high-voltage cable is within 0.65 meters, which is convenient to unload the oil in the future to expose the connection joint of the stainless steel magnetic rod and the high-voltage cable, and check whether the connection of the joint is loose.

(3) One end of the high-voltage cable is connected to the stainless steel magnetic rod, and the other end is connected to the electric control box in the combined electrical cabinet

5). While installing the cable protection pipe, two groups of oil and gas pipelines can be connected, one end is connected to the fire elbow, and the other end is connected to the combined electrical cabinet through the glue line. Finally, use the upper and lower clamps to fix it on the discharge pipeline.

Note: The white pipeline is the gas pipe, and the black pipeline is the oil pipe.

6). One end of the gas source hose is connected to the combined electrical cabinet, and the other end is connected to the filter pressure reducing valve and the wellsite gas source.

7). Fill the fuel tank with clean diesel, and use antifreeze diesel in winter (the fuel cap should be tightened)

8). Insert the "power" line connector on the electrical box in the combined electrical cabinet into the battery box jack.

9). The wire of the antenna passes through the small hole on the left side of the box, one end is connected to the antenna box, and the other end of the antenna seat is placed on the top of the box (magnetically attracted).
