It is enough to deal with 10%~15% of the drilling fluid volume in the circulating system. The processing capacity of centrifuges designed for non-weighted drilling fluids for this purpose is much smaller than that of large-volume centrifuges. It is almost always necessary to dilute the injected drilling fluid of these drilling fluids.

Due to the high solids content of the aggravated drilling fluid, torque often becomes an issue during processing. The following ways can reduce the torque to increase the depth of the drilling fluid level, allow some drilling fluid to overflow and mix with the separated solid phase; reduce the rotation speed or use a higher planetary differential; reduce the continuous injection rate without Use discontinuous higher injection speeds.

For high-density drilling fluids, in the process of processing, you can use a hydrocyclone to process the drilling fluid first, and then inject the overflow into the centrifuge (while the underflow returns to the cobalt well fluid system), so that the centrifuge can be lowered The solid phase load. The drilling fluid system contains coarse particles under any circumstances. The removal of these coarse particles reduces the load of the centrifuge and improves the removal efficiency of colloidal particles and near-colloidal particles.
