HDD Mud Mixers and Pumps

A new HDD mud mixers and pumps,the product model is HNG18-45. This is specially designed for offshore drilling for well cementing. It can disperse the cementing materials evenly and quickly into the wellbore, ensure the smooth progress of the cementing site.

This HDD mud mixers and pumps mainly consists of an 18m³ mud tank, a horizontal centrifugal pump, two 15KW mud agitators and a jet mixing funnel.

The tank body adopts an arc and corrugated structure to avoid the accumulation of sediment at the bottom of the tank. The base uses 3 national standard I-beams as the bottom beam, and hanging shafts are set at both ends to make a ship-shaped skid-mounted structure, which can meet the requirements of short-distance towing on site. National standard container corner fittings are installed on the top, which can also be lifted and transported from the top. Anti-skid steel plates and breathable steel gratings are laid on the top of the tank to ensure personnel safety. There are also manholes on the tank surface to facilitate personnel to observe the liquid level and perform maintenance. There is a liquid level scale in the tank, convenient for operators to observe the liquid level in real time and replenish or discharge mud in time.

This mixing system is designed with 3-in-1 function, make it convenient to add materials, transport and mix mud.

Directional drilling mud mixing system has the functions of fast and uniform mixing, providing large flow of mud, adjustable mud ratio, mixing and conveying at the same time, etc. The mixing system is characterized by sufficient mixing and fast speed, and each mud making can be completed in 15 minutes. It is widely used in geological drilling, oil drilling, and trenchless pipeline construction.
