This mud mixing system mainly consists of an 18m³ mud tank, a horizontal centrifugal pump and a jet mixing hopper. The processing capacity can reach 120m³/h. The pump casing, impeller and flow parts are made of ductile iron, making it with strong wear and corrosion resistance, which can transport sandy mud. The tank surface is equipped with two sets of 15KW mud agitators to prevent mud sedimentation.

The entire system adopts explosion-proof circuit design, with an explosion-proof grade of BT4 and a protection grade of IP56, which meets the requirements of offshore drilling.
