BRS barite recovery system developed by Xi'an HL Petroleum
Time: 2023-07-20 Source: HL Petroleum Author: hlsolidscontrol
The traditional barite recycling process faces a series of problems, such as centrifuge blockage due to high mud density, barite agglomeration after recycling, etc., which seriously affect the recovery efficiency and reuse rate. In order to solve these problems, Xi'an HL Petroleum has introduced the BRS barite recovery system by drawing on the advanced technology at home and abroad. This system can not only effectively solve the above problems, but also realize the efficient integration of the entire circulation system.
The BRS barite recovery system consists of a frequency conversion high-speed centrifuge, a medium-speed centrifuge and a recovery device. The medium-speed centrifuge is responsible for recovering barite, while the high-speed centrifuge can remove harmful solid phases to ensure that the recovered barite can meet the requirements for reuse. In addition, the recovered barite is sent back to the drilling fluid circulation system through the injection device, realizing the intelligent processing method of recovery, mixing and utilization at the same time, which greatly improves the resource reuse rate.
The BRS barite recovery system adopts a new type of frequency conversion centrifuge with strong adaptability and the ability to control the separation point, enabling the system to process mud with a density as high as 2.8g/cm3. Moreover, the system can recover a wide range of barite particle sizes, from 7 μm to 75 μm, which can be easily handled. For heavy mud, the processing capacity of the system reaches 4m3/h (when the mud density is 2.8g/cm3), 15m3/h (when the mud density is 1.8g/cm3). For non-weighted mud, the processing capacity is as high as 40m3/h (when the mud density is 1.3g/cm3).
It is worth mentioning that the BRS barite recovery system is not only suitable for the treatment of heavy mud, but also suitable for the treatment of non-weighted mud. This provides greater flexibility and adaptability for drilling operations. No matter what type of mud environment it is in, the BRS barite recovery system can operate efficiently, realize the recovery and reuse of barite, and contribute to environmental protection and Resource conservation makes a positive contribution.
