What are the installation steps of the drilling fluid solids control system?

3. Connect the clean water pipeline between the tanks, the low connecting pipeline, the weighted suction and discharge pipeline, the drilling pump suction pipeline, etc.

4. The vibrating screen is installed on the tank surface of the grit chamber.

5. The deaerator is installed on the tank surface of the degassing bin, and the exhaust port is connected to a rubber pipe to discharge to a safe place. The discharge pipe extends below the liquid level in the drilling fluid tank on the side of the tank to allow the drilling fluid to flow into the next bin. . Then connect the water inlet to the water source.

6. The de-sand cleaner and the de-slim cleaner are installed on the surface of the tank according to the layout drawing, and the sand discharge end is protruded from the side of the tank by 3~5cm to prevent drill cuttings from flowing into the tank, and it can also be tilted 3° to the outlet end.

7. The installation of the medicine tank is installed on the corresponding tank surface according to the layout drawing. After fixing it, connect the inlet and outlet pipelines of the medicine tank.

8. After installation, the centrifuge is fixed and connected to the liquid inlet pipe, and the liquid discharge pipe is discharged to the appropriate compartment according to the drilling requirements.

9. Install the aisles between the tanks and the aisles and railings on the sides of each tank.

10. Install elevated pipes and ladders, and connect the wellhead and elevated pipes with barbed pipes and hoses or hard pipes as required.

11. The various connecting pipes between the tank and the tank adopt the connection method: the small diameter is the hammering union and the rubber pipe connection, and the large diameter is the hammering union and the steel pipe connection.

12. Connect the circuit connectors of the equipment on the tank.
