What is a non-aggravated drilling fluid solid phase control system
The solid phase control of non-weighted drilling fluid is mainly to remove API sand and API mud in the inert low-density solid phase. Non-weighted drilling fluids mainly use full flow and one-time solids control. It is the process of using solids control equipment to partially remove the liquid phase and too small or too large solid phases in the circulating drilling fluid through the drilling fluid circulation system, and return the other part to the circulation system. Sometimes in order to recover the liquid phase and colloid in the underflow of the desilter for economical utilization, drilling fluid cleaner or centrifuge can be used for secondary purification.
A more complete non-weighted drilling fluid circulation system. The drilling fluid returned from the wellhead passes through the vibrating screen, and the drilling cuttings larger than the sieve hole are removed. The mud tank separates solid and liquid, the overflow of the mud remover enters the drilling fluid tank and is processed by the centrifuge; the underflow clay and colloid enter the spare drilling fluid tank for continued use.
The biggest disadvantage of the non-aggravated drilling fluid solid phase control system is that it cannot be used in the aggravated drilling fluid system, because it will cause serious loss of barite and precious compounds.
