Operation Manual of Float Level Alarm In Mud Tanks

Step 1: Install the alarm on the tank surface and ensure it is installed firmly. Connect the power line and signal line correctly according to the instruction.

Step 2: Install the stainless steel float and tighten the limit bolts appropriately.

Step 3: Connect the power line correctly.

Step 4: Debug and calibrate the alarm, and calibrate the accuracy of the panel marking by adjusting the position of the float.

Step 5: Check the calibration to see if the alarm will emit an audible and visual alarm signal when the liquid level reaches or exceeds the alarm threshold.

Step 6: Before formal use, test and verify to ensure that the alarm can work properly.

Step 7: Regularly check the working status of the alarm, including whether the float is flexible or not and the status of the limit switch. Need to clean the surface of the alarm timely to prevent dirt and debris from affecting its performance.
