HDF-TS handwheel tubular mud tank bottom valve
HDF-TS series underflow valves, also known as mud tank bottom valves, which are suitable for the pipelines and compartments of mud circulation tanks. They serve as control valves for suction and discharge, as well as switches for compartment balance control. The main connecting pipelines include the suction pipeline of the mud pump, the weighted hopper centrifugal pump, the shear pump, and the connecting pipeline between each compartment of the mud tank.
Xi'an HL petroleum HDF-TS series tank bottom valves have four types: 6 ", 8", 10 ", and 12", which can meet all the requirements for supporting drilling mud tanks at home and abroad.
HDF-TS handwheel tubular mud tank bottom valve is composed of outer pipe, valve seat, valve plate, connecting rod, lead screw and handwheel. This kind of valve is easy to operate, flexible to rotate, and has good sealing effect! It is the most commonly used tank bottom valve on oilfield drilling mud tanks.
The biggest feature of this mud tank bottom valve is with light weight and easy to open, and it can be lifted and lowered infinitely, which can greatly save labor costs and improve work efficiency!
Operation steps of lever mud tank bottom valve:
Opening steps:
Step 1: According to the arrow on the sign above the handwheel, hold the rim of the handwheel tightly with both hands, and slowly rotate the handwheel clockwise until the handwheel starts to rotate without much resistance;
Step 2: Loosen the rim of the handwheel with both hands, hold the rotating handle above the handwheel with the right hand, and quickly rotate the handwheel clockwise until the handwheel is fully opened and the rotation is blocked.
Closing steps:
The valve closing step is the reverse operation of the opening process.
Step 1: Hold the rotating handle above the handwheel with your right hand, and quickly rotate the handwheel counterclockwise until the handwheel is blocked.
Step 2: Release the handle with your right hand, hold the rim of the handwheel tightly with both hands, and slowly turn counterclockwise for another half turn to ensure that the valve plate is fully pressed, which means the valve is in a closed state.
