HDF series mud tank bottom valve is suitable for pipelines and warehouses of mud circulation tanks, which as a control valve for suction and discharge, and also as a switch for compartment balance control. The main connecting pipelines including the suction pipeline of the mud pump, the weighted hopper centrifugal pump, the shear pump, and the connecting pipelines between each compartment of the mud tank,etc.

There are two types of Xi'an HL HDF series mud tank bottom valve: HDF-S hand-wheel type and HDF-G lever type. Each series has four specifications: 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches and 12 inches. It meets all the needs of domestic and foreign drilling mud tanks.

HDF-S hand-wheel mud tank bottom valve is composed of outer pipe, valve body, valve plate, connecting rod, lead screw and hand-wheel. This kind of mud tank bottom valve has good sealing effect, and is easy to operate, flexible to rotate. It is the most commonly used valve on oilfield drilling mud tanks.

HDF-G lever type mud tank bottom valve is composed of outer pipe, valve body, valve plate, tie rod and lever structure. The biggest feature of this type of valve is easy and fast to open, which can greatly save labor costs and improve work efficiency!
