Mud cleaner is also called a desander and desilter integrated machine. These 5 sets of mud cleaners we are producing this time are specially customized for our Indonesian client. In terms of design, it consists of a desander (equipped with 2 sets of 10-inch cyclones), a desilter (equipped with 12 sets of 4-inch cyclones) and a linear mud shale shaker. It can effectively separate solid particles which diameter is 15~44µm. The N.W. weight of this cleaner is 2,800 kg.
Mud cleaner, is used to separate the solid phase particles in the drilling fluids that was treated by mud shale shaker. It can quickly remove harmful solid phases from drilling fluids, improve the performance of drilling fluid, and meet the requirements of the new process of high-pressure jet drilling.
